Jaeyeong Nam is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Better Government Lab in the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University. Jaeyeong’s research seeks to improve social equity in citizen-state interactions and equitable resource distribution across social groups. His research examines citizens' administrative burden, bureaucrats' burden tolerance, representative bureaucracy, and civic technology. His work has been published in the Public Administration Review, Journal of Technology Transfer, and Public Performance & Management Review.
